Return all regular-priced merchandise within 7 days of receiving your order and receive a full refund, if conditions are met. If you paid for your purchase using a credit card, a refund will be issued back to the account used for that particular purchase.
Note: Zumbawear accessories cannot be returned or exchanged.

Under the Consumer Guarantees Act, goods can be returned if they:
• are or become faulty through no fault of your own
• are not fit for a stated purpose or a purpose you made known to our sales staff
• don’t match our description or sample
• have defects that were not obvious or we did not bring to your attention.
ZUMBASHOP NZ LTD accepts returns of all regular-priced merchandise within 7 days of receiving your order and provides a full refund, if conditions are met. If you paid for your purchase using a credit card, a refund will be issued back to the account used for that particular purchase. Refunds will be issued within 7 days of receiving the returned item. Each item must be in its original package unopened, or in perfect condition if it is open. For an item to be in perfect condition, it must have original tags intact, be unworn, unwashed, and must have no traces of hair, deodorant or makeup. The Return Form must be included in the return package or a refund cannot be granted. All ticket purchases or sale items and accessories purchased are not eligible for a refund. Please ensure that the items are sent back through a traceable and/or insurable method as Zumba Shop NZ is not responsible for any return packages that are not received. ZUMBASHOP NZ LTD reserves the right to limit returns. Please note that the original shipping and handling costs will not be refunded, but free shipping will be applied to exchanges. However, you are responsible for paying the shipping cost on all returned items, unless the item is defective.

DEFECTIVE/INCORRECTLY SHIPPED MERCHANDISE In the rare event that you receive a defective or incorrect item, the new merchandise along with a prepaid return label will be shipped to you upon request. Please complete the Return & Exchange Form to include with the return package. Please make sure to send the defective/incorrect item within 7 days so that you do not get charged for both items. Please ensure that the items are sent back through a traceable and/or insurable method as ZUMBASHOP NZ LTD is not responsible for any return packages that are not received. If the received item is not damaged/defective, a shipping amount will be charged.
ACCESSORIES Accessories are not exchangeable and are non-refundable unless defective. PRICE ADJUSTMENTS No price adjustments will be made for customers who purchase Zumbawear items at full price if the same merchandise, at a later date, is offered on sale.
